We carefully package our shipments to protect them from damage, however you do have the option of purchasing insurance for the actual value of your purchase. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. We keep careful records of all shipments to provide proof of shipping.

This insurance is only necessary on Domestic USPS orders since International orders using USPS Airmail Parcel Post are automatically covered at no additional cost and Global Priority doesn’t allow the option. Likewise, UPS Ground service includes $100 Declared Value coverage with their delivery service.
